The purple one was crazy hard. The blue one I can (and have) replicated. Toying (ha-ha, inadvertent pun) with the idea of developing them to sell in my etsy shop. Thoughts?

Monster Friends

Day 13: Bunch 'O Green Bird Softies
Precursors to Raffy's and Ella's Valentine birds. Most I made as practice and the rest I made today. I might be done with these guys for now.

Thing-a-Day Nos. 10-12: Valentine's Birds
For Thing-a-Day 10-12 I made a couple of iron-on bird softies for my niece and nephew, Ella and Raffy. They're from the 'new mod birds' collection I made for Day 9 (posted on 2/10). They were a lot of work and nearly drove me crazy but turned out pretty cute.

Thing-a-Day 9: Set of New Mod Birds
A contact sheet containing a new set of what I'm calling "mod birds" ready for printing at Kinko's and gluing onto glass tiles for magnets and pendants. Whoo!
